At Cali Drone Media, we take pride in delivering high-quality aerial imagery and media that aligns with our unique creative style. By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

Review & Edit Window

Clients have 24 hours from the time of final photo delivery to request edits or adjustments.

  • Minor corrections (lighting, cropping, color balance) will be addressed at no extra charge within this window.
  • Major overhaul edits — such as replacing large portions of footage or significantly altering the original creative direction — will not be performed.

Client Responsibility

Before booking, clients are expected to have reviewed our work as presented in our online portfolio.

Our visual style, approach to editing, and final deliverables are clearly represented. Booking our services indicates agreement with our aesthetic and process.

Refund Policy

  • All payments for completed work are non-refundable.
  • Deposits are non-refundable, but may be credited toward a future session at our discretion and on a case-by-case basis.

Note: Weather delays, technical malfunctions, or other unforeseen issues will be handled with fairness and flexibility, but do not automatically qualify for a refund.
